The inbox is support@hoopsredraft.com. That is the address for the website and for the iOS and Android apps. It is read by the people who ship the game, at SHABU PTY LTD.

What to include

A useful note is short. Say which page you were on, or which year and club if you were in a run. Say what you expected, and what happened instead. If the footer shows a version line, copy it. That number is how a stale copy of the game is told apart from the one that is live, and it saves a round of guessing.

If the game already crashed, it may have sent its own report: the error, roughly where you were, the version, and the size of the window. That report does not include your run or your email. Writing as well is still worth it when you can say what you clicked.

For a privacy request, including a copy of what is held or a deletion, use the same address. The privacy page is the list of what is actually collected. Most of a run never leaves the browser, so there is often nothing on a server to delete. The email list is the main exception, and you can leave it from the link in any mail, or by asking.

What a reply can change

A bug, a broken link, a wrong sentence on one of these pages, a save that will not load, a challenge link that died: those are the notes this address is for. If a guide disagrees with the player file, say which name and which number. The file is the source. The page should follow it.

A reply cannot rewrite a real career, move a historical pick, or raise a rating because a season feels low. Ratings are computed from that year's box score, and a bad year often is a bad year, an injury, or a small role. The method is written out on the ratings page. Argument about a single man is welcome when the inputs are wrong. Argument that he deserves a higher number is not something the game can honour one player at a time.

There is no phone support, and there is no form on this page. The only form on the site is the optional "keep me posted" box on the home page. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or a copy of someone else's personal information. A tip, if you want to send one, is the coffee button on the home page. It goes to a payment page in a new tab. It is not this inbox.

Stores and accounts

App Store and Google Play purchases, including Remove Ads in the apps, are handled by Apple, Google, and the purchase checker named in the privacy page. This inbox can help you describe a problem. It cannot see your card, and it cannot refund a store purchase from here. The website itself has no account to reset and no purchase to restore.
